The Project Management Board for the cooperation between An Giang and Sweden recently organized a delegation to visit the straw mushroom processing process at Tu Thao Export Straw Mushroom Food Processing Co., Ltd. (Châu Thành District, Sóc Trăng Province).

A technical tour of the straw mushroom pre-processing and processing for export was held at Tu Thao Export Straw Mushroom Food Processing Co., Ltd. (Sóc Trăng).

During the meeting, the company’s leaders introduced and guided the delegation through the mushroom pre-processing and processing lines for export purposes. This trip provided an opportunity for professionals, local people, and mushroom-growing facilities in the province to access techniques and processes related to straw mushroom production.

Additionally, the delegation learned valuable insights into post-harvest storage techniques and the potential for expanding the straw mushroom market in various regions of An Giang in the future.
